There has been an increase in the number of men getting surgery to enhance the width of their manhood, reveals a new study.
A scientific journal published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine reveals that more men are turning to doctors to enquire whether they can boost how well-endowed they are.
Those wanting to pack more in their pants have the option of getting girth jabs, which cost around £1,200 a session.
For men, the procedure can aid improvement in the strength of an erection and can aid sexual performance.
When used with a penile pump, under regular gentle pressure, male patients can see an improvement in girth by one inch and length by three quarters of an inch.
Dermatologist Dr Luis Casavantes, who works at a clinic in Mexico, has carried out a number of penis-enhancing procedures.
In recent years, the medical expert has noticed that hundreds of men have flocked to him to enquire about the surgery.
He explained: “Patients come from all over the world with a strong desire to change the diameter of their penis.
“The phrase ‘bigger is better’ sticks in the heads of many men worldwide.”
The Journal of Sexual Medicine report also recorded the measurements of patients who were unhappy with their todger size.
On average, the clients had an average penis length of 3.6 inches when flaccid and a firth of 3.6 inches.
